Bike training pt. 3

I still had problems with the iPhone app, it got the distance right but some how created it's own start and finish points. In any case I rode 50 miles.




Jan 17. 2010 - 50.6 miles - Time not recorded correctly (I took a one 15 min break and one 30-45 min break)

Food -
one cup of coffee, one apple, one orange, a pocketfull of trailmix with dried Nectarines, 3 Cliff bars. Water refilled 6 times.
